How I stopped making excuses and started my fitness journey

One of the best gyms I've ever used was in one of our American bases in Iraq.

I have always been an active person, but working out full-time is something that I would never  think consider doing. However, after finding my passion for fitness I can't imagine my lifestyle without having at least 3-4 weekly workouts and eating properly for about 80% of the time.

It all started over thirteen years ago when I was deployed to Iraq. As a military active member back in Romania, I was used to military training, mainly focusing on endurance training, also we had used to have a small gym at the base. At that time, though I was accustomed to some bodyweight exercises and some weight exercises, I didn’t feel the urge to get deeper with the knowledge about this.

I never imagined the best equipped gym till that moment. It was in one of the American bases in Iraq during OIF, and what a fascinating place it must be for exercising! There were mostly cardio machines with some weight lifting equipment too-which made me think about how important an exercise routine is if even here in this kind of environment they're thinking of solutions to provide better health by keeping your body fit conditions through proper nutrition habits and workouts routines just like back home.

I started reading articles about fitness at the same time helped improve both my English skills as well as keeping myself informed on what's new in this field of study.

Having a lot of sparing time and not too many quality options to spend it, I started to workout more frequently and started reading articles about fitness at the same time helped improve both my English skills as well as kept myself informed on what's new in this field of study.

The three years I spent in the gym during my deployment to Iraq left me with a feeling that something important was missing before this time. Now that is changing because of how energized and excited for life's pleasures now feel all time! There are also far fewer moments when I don't want to get up off of my couch. I feel like no disease can affect me. I know that my immune system is strong, and it's going to protect me from any illness or virus in this world because of how healthy I try hard to be every single day!

That's why, when returning home from the war-torn countryside, where physical strength and fitness were necessary skills for survival, I decided to make myself more healthy and don’t let any excuses interfere. I realized nutrition and exercise aren’t just part of some military lifestyle but they're for every human being if he/she wants to be on continuous positive progress within their lives.

Fitness is important for optimum performance at work, it's a difficult task to find time in your busy schedule, but it is worth the investment.

You might feel pain when standing up or walking around due to poor posture and/or lack of exercise! But if you don't take care now- what will happen later on down the line? As the years go by with poor posture and stiff joints it will only get worse, until finally leaving behind chronic pain that affects not just how effective you can be at work - which ultimately requires an appeal for treatment from your employer-but also quality living standards in general.

In order words: due to concern over their health many people nowadays find themselves having difficulty performing daily activities, without assistance or relief through medication  These conditions could've been prevented if they exercised regularly.

The human body was designed to be active. It's just common sense that if you don't move, your conditioning will degenerate over time and become more difficult than before!

In conclusion, it's never too late to start exercising. If you have been neglecting your health for a while, it might be time to get back on track with some form of exercise routine. When you engage in physical activity, your joints and muscles are challenged and strengthened-and this keeps them from going stiff or getting into poor postures that can lead to chronic pain later in life.

Exercise is also a great stress reliever that could help alleviate any anxiety related to work demands or other circumstances affecting the quality of living standards.

The only thing standing in the way of your fitness goals is yourself!

Don’t let any excuses keep you from getting moving and staying healthy. You have everything it takes, so don't believe otherwise or give up before even trying because we all know how hard this journey can be at times...but not when there are people who care about us, motivating us to do it! I realize that my story is not unique, but it's only by telling it that I can inspire others to believe they can do it! It's possible to go from being obese, unhappy, and unhealthy to fit, happy, and healthy! I have done it, I am doing it right now, and you can too.
